This is a vacation rental that normally goes for $95 per night in the holiday season.

If I find a renter on my own (rather than through my condo management company) I can charge less $$.

Book directly through me (the owner) and get the condo for $350 per week plus tax.

Calendar is currently open from Nov13 to Dec18 and again from Jan2 through Jan31.

The condo is furnished with dishes, linnens and cooking utensiles.
AC in main part of the condo, plus in the bedroom.
Ground floor,
Walking distance to town,
Party-deck on the roof - Great for barbeques, dinners by sunset, and sunbathing. (Awesome view!)
