Owners have 2 beautiful condos for rent in the very center of Playa del Carmen, 2 blocks from the beach, magically secluded right on 5th ave. near 12th street. Both condo are completely furnished with all amenities including full kitchens, AC, cable TV, ceiling fans, beach towels, incredible views, w/d, sunroof, security, Wifi, lots of common space, a small pool and enclosed in a unique, building built between two open natural pools. The second floor, back location, keeps it sufficiently quiet but enjoyably close to the fun.
The one bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids reasonably. The studio is for couples.
Rentals are on first come basis requiring down payments to hold. No pets please. To price a stay, provide length of stay and how many.
