Not sure how do approach this add. I am a artist (photographer) and a realtor here in Austin Texas I have a beautiful condo with a pool in a quite complex near all the the major attractions in Austin. I am not looking to sell this condo but to swap out with a person wishing to live in Austin for a period of time in exchange I will live in your home for the same period of time. I wish to also have a business in a high traffic tourist area so that i can sell my artwork and create new work during my stay their.

I am ok with a living in the top portion of a business and haveing the lower area the retail space or a condo perferable on the beach or 2- 3 blocks from the beach.

I need the busissness to be in cozumel near wear the cruise ship tourist can walk to easily or in cancun .

I have been to mexico and have been to cancun, cosumel, and playa and am familiar with the area and know were the cruise ship land and touristy areas and this is were I want to have my business I need it to be very affordable and a start 3 month lease with a 3 month lease for condo and based on sales will determan if I extend my stay.

I just moved to Playa del Carmen from Washington State near Seattle and I´ve been looking at housing and I just found a posting under Apartments labeled --- $1200 / 4br - Beautiful Two-Story 4-BR House in Playa, 5-mins to beach (Playa del Carmen) --- If I could get three people who all are capable of living with each other and are outgoing, responsible and sociable then we could rent this big house that comes with full furnishings, AC, jacuzzi, nice kitchen....check out the ad. For a 6-month lease it comes to $400 USD a month, but if we get a couple to live in one room it will be lower. Still, if you´re interested in sharing a place, but not this place particularly, email me and something else might work out.
